Mental health – out in the open
Mountains for the Mind is a campaign from Trail magazine promoting the benefits of being outside for better mental health. We believe in the power of mountains to change lives – and we need your help to spread the word. By pledging your support, you’ll help start conversations about mental health, encourage others to get outdoors, and end the stigma.
